– A different design of equal value (or by paying the price difference if higher).

Please note: Refunds are not applicable for size-related issues.

B. Conditions for Exchange

• The product must be unused, unworn outdoors, and in original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

2. Return Policy (Defective Products Only)

• Customers are required to provide clear photos/videos as proof of the issue.

B. Return Approval

• Once verified by our quality team, the product will be approved for return.

– A full refund (in case replacement is not available).

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Requests made after 24 hours of delivery.
• Products that have been used, worn outdoors, or damaged after delivery.
• Minor variations in color or texture due to lighting or screen differences.
• Change of mind or preference.

5. Shipping & Handling

• Yona may provide free exchange logistics for eligible cases.
• In certain cases (e.g., remote locations or special circumstances), customers may be requested to assist with return shipping coordination.

6. Final Discretion

All exchanges and returns are subject to quality inspection and approval by Yona.

Yona reserves the right to decline any exchange or return request that does not meet the above conditions or where misuse of policy is suspected.
